Links

We could really use your help here. If you find a good or indeed a wonderfully bad link, email it to us. But don't be surprised if we haven't put it on our website the very next day. We're slow, really slow. But the good thing about that is that the links with a shorter "shelf life" sort themselves out, so to speak. So please don't lose heart.

Research

We believe that medicine and research into sleep should be obliged to recognise the individual. Fundamental value judgements which affect how evaluations are made, like, for example, the assumption that in our society a particular chronotype simple functions better, must be recognised and avoided. Under no circumstances should they be allowed to lead down the wrong path to pathologising and unnecessary demands for therapy.

The contents of the internet pages to which we give links are the responsibility solely of their suppliers. These pages offer related, supplementary and sometimes annoying information which we judged to be of interest to the users of our home page at the time of publishing the link. Should it be brought to our attention that these contain breaches of the law or machos who jump out of bed at the crack of dawn we will be delighted to remove the links.

About Delta t

Despite painstaking research we have failed to find anything negative about Delta t on the World Wide Web. What about you? Did you find anything?

Research

The main thing we find here is a large collection of publications about Delayed Sleep-Phase Syndrome (DSPS). All means possible are apparently to be used to regularise this sleeping phase of completely healthy people which is felt to be disturbingly different and even to be at the incorrect time. Healthy people are being reclassified as sick out of nothing more than an obsession with order. We, on the other hand, recommend therapy for the obsessive neurotics who come out with this kind of stuff.
